At Jayra Krafts, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we offer a 7-day replacement-only policy in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
Jayra Krafts does not offer refunds. We only provide replacements for eligible cases under the following conditions:
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Eligible Conditions for Replacement
You may request a replacement if:
The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.
Conditions Not Covered for Replacement
If no unboxing video is provided at the time of the claim.
If the product has been used, tampered with, or is not in its original condition.
Damage due to mishandling after delivery.
Minor color or texture differences due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
How to Request a Replacement
Record a full unboxing video showing the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
Contact us via email at support@jayrakrafts.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Include the order ID, a clear description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video.
After verification, a replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
If your replacement request is approved, we will either arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions. You will not be charged for return shipping in eligible cases.
