At Jayra Krafts, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we offer a 7-day replacement-only policy in case of damage or incorrect delivery.


Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

Jayra Krafts does not offer refunds. We only provide replacements for eligible cases under the following conditions:

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.


Eligible Conditions for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.


Conditions Not Covered for Replacement

  • If no unboxing video is provided at the time of the claim.

  • If the product has been used, tampered with, or is not in its original condition.

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Minor color or texture differences due to the handcrafted nature of the product.


How to Request a Replacement

  1. Record a full unboxing video showing the package being opened without any cuts or edits.

  2. Contact us via email at support@jayrakrafts.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  3. Include the order ID, a clear description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video.

  4. After verification, a replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days.


Return Shipping

If your replacement request is approved, we will either arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions. You will not be charged for return shipping in eligible cases.
